For over 75 years, Big Erics has been a trusted name in commercial kitchen equipment, restaurant equipment, and foodservice supplies. Built on a foundation of quality products and reliable service, we’ve supported restaurants, cafés, and businesses across Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, and New Brunswick for generations.

As the needs of our customers evolved, so did we. With a strong foundation in commercial kitchen equipment, janitorial supplies, and foodservice products, new leadership expanded Big Erics beyond products by adding equipment service, maintenance, and repair. This included combining with Harold Snow, a Newfoundland-based company established in 1943 and widely recognized for its expertise in commercial equipment service.

Today, Big Erics offers a more complete solution for businesses across Atlantic Canada. In addition to commercial kitchen equipment and foodservice supplies, we also support commercial laundry operations with equipment, products, and service. We combine a wide range of products with the hands-on expertise to install, service, and maintain the equipment our customers rely on every day.
