To create great pizza dough, you must have a consistent mix. Hobart’s two fixed speeds deliver the consistency you’re looking for with thorough kneading. With its higher torque and lower rpm, the HL662 is ideal for mixing pizza dough all day long.
The Legacy+ is the easiest-to-use mixer in the industry. Many of its features are ideally suited to the mixing of pizza dough. The Shift-on-the-Fly™ controls let the operator change speeds while the mixer is running. There is no longer a need to stop the mixer to adjust the speed. The patented Soft Start agitation technology has a gentle transition into a high speed to reduce the chances of product splash-out. The Automatic Time Recall remembers the last time set for each speed, ideal for multiple batches. The 50-minute SmartTimer™ provides accurate results and eliminates over-mixing.
