  1. Making sure we are in keeping with the advice of medical experts and observing physical distancing practices to limit the possibility of transmission of the virus.
  2. Doing everything we can to continue to operate in a safe manner so that we can continue to provide our customers with the critical products they require during this time.

Doing our best to limit critical supplier hoarding- to ensure we remain a trusted customer and community supplier of Sanitation, Janitorial, and Personal-Protective-Equipment (PPE) we have adjusted our returns policy to limit hoarding behaviours and limit certain items available quantity per perchance. RETURNS AT BIG ERICS

IF YOU ARE NOT COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE, PLEASE RETURN THE ITEM FOR A FULL REFUND. SOME EXCEPTIONS APPLY (PLEASE SEE BELOW).

Your purchase of regularly stocked items purchased in store or online can be returned within 30 days by following our return request process for approved returns.  Merchandise being returned must be unused and in the original packaging with a copy of the invoice or online order confirmation. Refunds will be credited to the original purchasing method of payment or as a credit memo to the purchasing customer account number.

Eligible returns within 30-60 days of purchase will be processed only as a credit to the customer account.

RETURN POLICY EXCEPTIONS:

Non-returnable items include: major equipment, clearance items, special-order items, any item that is gas powered or contains flammable liquids, any equipment that is missing the serial#, chemicals of any kind, items not in their original packaging and items not in their original condition. 

**COVID-19 RETURN POLICY -PLEASE NOTE: In addition to the above noted return exceptions-due to supply and demand challenges pertaining to the COVID-19 Outbreak, additional items in the categories of Sanitation, Janitorial, and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) purchased between March 10th  2020 and August 31st 2020 will be considered final sale. Included in these categories are face masks, gloves, toilet paper and sanitation equipment, products and chemicals.**

 

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN:

All accepted returns must be accompanied by a Return Request #.  To receive a Return Request # please email customerservice@bigerics.com, call your Sales Representative or call 1-800-565-1216. 

**ANY ITEM RETURNED WITHOUT A RETURN REQUEST NUMBER WILL BE REFUSED AND RETURNED TO THE CUSTOMER AT THE CUSTOMER’S EXPENSE**.

When sending us your Return Request include the following 5 pieces of information:

  1. Your name
  2. The business name (or account number) if applicable
  3. Invoice # or online order number
  4. The item(s) and quantities you hope to return
  5. The reason for return

 

Returns that meet our return policy will receive a Return Request # within 2-3 business days with shipping instructions. If your return request is denied based on the criteria outlined above, you will be informed with the applicable reason within 2-3 business days.

If you choose to use a courier of your choice for a return, you are responsible for any shipping charges with that courier.

If the returned shipment is lost or damaged, it is your responsibility as a customer to file a return request claim with the shipping company.

 

RETURN TO ANY BIG ERICS STORE:

Your original invoice or online order confirmation must accompany your returned items(s) to process your return and refund. 

RETURN BY SHIPPING:

We will notify you via email once the return has been processed and the credit has been applied to the original purchasing credit card or account number.

DEFECTIVE ITEM(S):

Please email us at customerservice@bigerics.com within 48 hours of the arrival of your order. Include your name, order#, defective item, a brief explanation of the defect and whether you would prefer a refund or a replacement. Big Erics will send you a Return Request # within 1-2 business days.

 

INCORRECT ITEM(S):

Please email us immediately at customerservice@bigerics.com if you received the incorrect item(s). Please include your name, order# and details about the incorrect item(s) shipped to you. Big Erics will send you a Return Request # within 1-2 business days. Upon receipt of the returned items, Big Erics will arrange to have the correct item(s) shipped.

 

RETURNS EXCEEDING 70 LBS:

Oversized or heavy items that need to be returned may require being placed on a wooden pallet. 

 

GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT:

Do not accept shipments that are noticeably damaged upon arrival.  

If you do receive and later discover any damage due to shipping, contact Big Erics immediately at customerservice@bigerics.com. Please include your name, order#, details of the damage and, if possible, pictures. Do not discard of any damaged material. Retain the shipping carton, inner packaging and courier shipping label. Big Erics will file a claim with the courier.

 

MISSING ITEM(S):

Please contact us immediately at customerservice@bigerics.com if any items are missing from your order. Please include your name, order# and what item(s) are missing. Once confirmed, we will immediately arrange to have the missing item(s) sent.
