• Turn your charcoal, propane or gas grill into a smoker! 
• Infuse your meats, veggies, nuts, and cheeses with a hint of hickory, apple, oak, or cherry wood. 
• Soak your wood chips (not included) in water for at least 30 minutes. 
• Preheat your grill. 
• Using tongs to place the wood chips into your smoker this helps drain excess water, fill your smoker box with the wood chips. 
• Distribute evenly. 
• Place the smoker box on top of the grill grate. 
• If using charcoal, place the box on top of the coals. 
• Close the lid of the grill. In a few minutes, smoke should fill the grill. 
• Turn heat down and cook low and slow for the best results. 
• Use caution, item will get extremely hot. 
• Dishwasher safe.
