Big Erics Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please obtain a Return Request Number from our team. Some exceptions apply (see details below).
How to Request a Return
All accepted returns must be accompanied by a Return Request Number.
To obtain a Return Request Number:

Note:
Any item returned without a Return Request Number will be refused and returned to the customer at their expense.
When requesting a Return Request Number, please provide the following information:
- Your name
- The business name (or account number)
- Invoice number or online order number
- The item(s) and quantities you wish to return
- The reason for return
Return Policy
- Regularly stocked items can be returned within 30 days of the invoice date.
- A 30% minimum Restocking Fee and all associated Freight Charges apply for stocking products.
- Merchandise must be:
- Unused and in original packaging/crate
- Accompanied by a copy of the Invoice/Online Order Confirmation and Return Request Number
Refunds:
- Credited to the original purchasing method of payment or as a credit memo to the customer’s account.
- Returns within 30-60 days of purchase are processed as a credit to the customer account.
- Cash refunds are not issued.
Returns that meet policy requirements will receive a Return Request Number within 2-3 business days with shipping instructions. If a request is denied, the applicable reason will be provided within the same time frame.
If a returned shipment is lost or damaged, the customer must file a claim with the shipping company.
Return Policy Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned:
- Clearance items
- Special-order items
- Equipment missing serial numbers or installed equipment
- Chemicals and food products
- Items not in their original packaging or condition
Returning Items
- Return items to a Big Erics location or ship them back (at your expense).
- Ensure items are:
- Unused
- In original packaging/crate
- Include a copy of the Invoice/Online Order Confirmation and Return Request Number
For oversized or heavy items (over 70 lbs), use a wooden pallet. Confirm shipping instructions with our team before sending.

If you use your own carrier, you are responsible for shipping charges.
Goods Damaged in Transit
- Do not accept shipments that are noticeably damaged.
- If damage is discovered later, contact Big Erics immediately at customerservice@bigerics.com.
- Provide:
- Name, order number, details of the damage, and photos.
- Retain all damaged material, shipping cartons, inner packaging, and labels.
Big Erics will file a claim with the carrier.
Missing Item(s)
If items are missing from your order, contact customerservice@bigerics.com immediately. Provide:
- Your name
- Order number
- Details of the missing item(s)
Once confirmed, we will arrange for the missing item(s) to be sent.
