RETURNS AT BIG ERICS

Return Policy Effective Date January 29, 2024

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please obtain a return request number and return the item for a full refund. Some exceptions apply (please see below).

Your purchase of regularly stocked items purchased in store or online can be returned within 30 days by following our return request process returns. Merchandise being returned must be unused and in the original packaging with a copy of the invoice or online order confirmation. Refunds will be credited to the original purchasing method of payment or as a credit memo to the purchasing customer account number. We do not issue cash refunds.

Eligible returns within 30-60 days of purchase will be processed only as a credit to the customer account.

RETURN POLICY EXCEPTIONS:

Non-returnable items include: clearance items, special-order items, any equipment that is missing the serial number, chemicals of any kind, food products of any kind, items not in their original packaging and items not in their original condition.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN:

All accepted returns must be accompanied by a Return Request number.  To receive a Return Request number, please email customerservice@bigerics.com, call your Sales Representative, or call 1-800-565-1216.

**ANY ITEM RETURNED WITHOUT A RETURN REQUEST NUMBER WILL BE REFUSED AND RETURNED TO THE CUSTOMER AT THE CUSTOMER’S EXPENSE**.

We will require the following 5 pieces of information to issue a Return Request number:

  1. Your name
  2. The business name (or account number) if applicable
  3. Invoice number or online order number
  4. The item(s) and quantities you hope to return
  5. The reason for return

Returns that meet our return policy will receive a Return Request number within 2-3 business days with shipping instructions. If your return request is denied based on the criteria outlined above, you will be informed with the applicable reason within 2-3 business days.

If a returned shipment is lost or damaged, it is the responsibility of the customer to file a claim with the shipping company.

RETURN TO ANY BIG ERICS STORE:

Your original invoice or online order confirmation must accompany your returned items(s) to process your return and refund.

RETURNS VIA SHIPMENT MUST HAVE A RETURN REQUEST NUMBER OR THEY WILL BE REFUSED.

If you want to use a carrier of your choice for a return, you are responsible for any shipping charges with that carrier.

We will notify you via email once the return has been processed and the credit has been applied to the original purchasing credit card or account number.

RETURNS EXCEEDING 70 LBS:

Oversized or heavy items that need to be returned may require being placed on a wooden pallet.

GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT:

Do not accept shipments that are noticeably damaged upon arrival.  

If you do receive and later discover any damage due to shipping, contact Big Erics immediately at customerservice@bigerics.com. Please include your name, order#, details of the damage and, if possible, pictures. Do not discard any damaged material. Retain the shipping carton, inner packaging and courier shipping label. Big Erics will file a claim with the courier.

MISSING ITEM(S):

Please contact us immediately at customerservice@bigerics.com if any items are missing from your order. Please include your name, order# and what item(s) are missing. Once confirmed, we will immediately arrange to have the missing item(s) sent.
